Hands down, The Best Papusas EVER! Authentic, family establishment and a gem of a find. We were in Washington to purchase a vehicle and discovered the restaurant with a Google search. We will return to Washington JUST to eat here!!! Very affordable for the quality and quantity of food. They were also accommodating with my grandson's dietary restrictions. Papusas are naturally gluten free and since they make each one to order, they were able to also make his dairy free.
