Not suitable for celiac disease
I was there last week and was very happy about the gluten-free cake selection. The cakes are labeled gluten-free/wheat-free and the exact ingredients contained in the cake are also included. According to them, it was baked with gluten-free flour and there was no gluten in it, but the cake was apparently contaminated, which gave me a gluten accident.
From a natural food store in this price range and with this offer, I expect safe preparation and handling of the food or information that the offers are not suitable for celiac disease.
So be careful all celiacs!
