Pura Vida Miami

Lovely branch. Clean. Great place for healthy food. I ordered a black americano and the petite pancakes plate (homemade gluten-free pancakes, a side of maple syrup, fresh seasonal fruit and your choice of pasture-raised eggs). This was really nice. A perfect balance. The pancakes had a lovely hint of cinnamon and were not heavy or unhealthy. The soft boiled eggs were perfect. I couldn't fault it. A good option if you can't decide on a sweet or savoury breakfast! The black americano was spot on. Staff were friendly and pleasant. I went just before lunch for a late breakfast and managed to grab a table. It started to get very busy during lunchtime. My small negative was the one waitress, constantly pacing up and down. It would have been nice to relax and just enjoy your meal without having eyes glaring at you, waiting for you to leave. Would recommend otherwise.
