Seat yourself (there’s a bunch of seats) and order food at the counter and then they’ll bring it to you. So many gluten free options! Expensive but the portions are HUGE

I was so excited to try Pura Vida’s new location on Bleecker - it did not disappoint. The location is pristinely clean, every employee went above and beyond (Elle was lovely and took my order), and it just smells like clean goodness. I decided on the Spicy Salmon Wrap with gluten free modifications - gluten free wrap, no pita chips (automatically swapped for orange slices), no scallions (my own preference), and both sauces on the side. It was wonderfully packaged, and the flavor was exceptionally fresh—basically a salmon roll in wrap form. I will be back! You can truly taste the rainbow here.
