During our visit, we opted to try a few different dishes from the extensive menu. First up was the New Yorker—toasted sourdough topped with whipped cream cheese, spiced za’atar, smoked salmon, sliced tomato, pickled red onion, alfalfa sprouts, and a drizzle of lemon oil. It was the perfect balance of flavors, and the freshness of the ingredients truly stood out.
We also couldn’t resist ordering the Cheese Quesadilla, made with a toasted gluten-free wrap and mozzarella, served with a side of mandarin oranges. Simple but absolutely satisfying, it was a hit with our daughter.
And, of course, no visit to Pura Vida is complete without trying their coffee. We savored a perfectly brewed café latte, which was rich, creamy, and exactly what we needed to fuel our day of exploring Miami.
