Pure Street Food

Amazing amazing. Saw a Guy Fieri YouTube video about this place and yea, it lives up to his high praises. Had the sate pho and the pork belly saseme donut. The broth was so aromatic and they do not cheap out on ingredients. Yes it is priced higher than other places but IMO it's worth it with the quality of food. You can tell the amount of effort they put into it. Service is great, wife is celiac and they were knowledgeable about it and able to accommodate. It's inside a modern food hall and has a great buzz to it. Looking forward to try the other vendors but that could be hard because I would definitely revisit Pure street food again. Highly highly recommend!

Pure Street Food has some top notch pho. It’s market/cafeteria style where you go up and order and find a seat. Several other restaurant options in the same building as well. I ordered the Pot Au Pho which can be ordered spicy or non-spicy. I opted for the spicy option and it has a good kick! I am also celiac and the cashier was very knowledgeable about which menu items would be the safest for gluten free. They made sure my rice noodles were cooked in separate, fresh water as well to prevent cross contamination.
