Came here for breakfast with my wife, who is gluten-free, and there were some great options for her. The Pure Roast sandwich I had was brilliant as everything was thinly sliced, meaning I didn't have to battle between bread or the contents on each bite.
The coffee is on the dark side but lighter than your typical corporate franchise, so there are some well structured notes in there. It pairs well in an iced mocha, which my wife had.

The gluten free arepa sandwich is delicious!! This comes from both a gluten free person and a gluten-ful person. It was a delicious and filling breakfast.
Although I cannot personally vouch for the coffee, my sister said it was incredible.
