I was struggling to find a place in the airport with gluten-free options & wouldn't have even considered stopping in here if the cashier hadn't flagged me down with the menu, but I'm so glad he did! He & the server, Emad, were both super friendly & considerate of allergies & suggested some great options. They were careful to change their gloves and not cross-contaminate with any allergens, including using a dedicated gluten-free fryer for the falafel. The food was fresh and better than what I was expecting!
