Highly recommend! We mentioned celiac disease at the time of ordering and the chef offered to go straight to the smoker and remove the meat with fresh tongs. Because the food service is using the same cutting board, the risk for cross-contamination is high. I felt very heard and respected in that moment!! And of course, the food is amazing.
