I have celiac disease, at here, and felt fine afterwards. I'm very sensitive to gluten contamination.
HOWEVER, the staff member that served me had NO clue about GF items, potential for cross contamination, or using new or washed utensils to serve.
Would be great if their staff was educated about GF issues.

I normally only do 4 star reviews if a place meets my expectations. this is the first time I have eaten at a QDOBA and I was impressed. the guy working behind the counter did a great job answer our questions and was super helpful and friendly. my wife and I both got the smoked brisket quesadilla and my daughter got a bowl. the food was really good and filling for the price. also my daughter has celiac disease and the staff did a great job of keeping her food separate and changed their gloves before touching her order. I would recommend QDOBA, and would est there again when I'm back in the boise area.
