I recently had the pleasure of dining at Qdoba and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager John. What made this visit truly remarkable was John's exceptional attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that our dining experience was not only delicious but also safe for my gluten-free/celiac family. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, it was clear that John above and beyond to make sure that our food was prepared and handled with the utmost care. His knowledge of gluten-free and celiac dietary requirements was truly impressive. He understood the importance of avoiding cross-contamination and made every effort to accommodate our needs. One thing that stood out was John's proactive approach. Food items were brought from the back of the kitchen to minimize any potential cross-contamination from the front food preparation area. He patiently answered our questions and made us feel valued as customers. It's not every day that you come across an assistant manager who takes such pride in their work and who genuinely cares about the well-being of their customers.
