I need to avoid gluten due to an autoimmune disease and eating en route isn’t always easy. When I asked for allergen information, the young man was able to explain what I could eat ( gluten free) and also used clean utensils to avoid cross contact. On top of that it was tasty too!

I'd like to take back all of the bad things I've said about Fake Chipotle, over the years. We had a vegan, gluten-free, vegatarian impossible bowl (Two sizes available!), it was delicious! My husband and I have health issues and are grateful for you providing options. Please accept my apology for the redneck in line behind us: what kind of lunatic yells at the poor lady who works in customer service, "If you serve Impossible hamburgers, we're not eating here!"? She handled it beautifully, without skipping a beat. If she's an Undercover Boss, she responded as a true leader should. Well played, Qdoba.
