First of all, listen it’s great food & I adore coming here. However, there’s two workers who are always giving attitude when I’m there. I always ask for gluten free bread, one lady runs to the back and check, looking annoyed/rolling eyes because she’s dealing with other things, which I understand. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them when they have a gluten free option on their menu. and the lady with the glasses responded asking if I wanted the regular focaccia bread on top of the counter because the gluten free slice was small.. I emphasized I needed to have any “gluten free” bread option, I’ll feel sick with regular bread. It just sucks, the manager had mentioned that when I come back they’d ensure they’d have more gluten free bread. Again, the sandwich is phenomenal when I ordered it but I wish they just ensured they have more gluten free bread. Not to mention I saw a dark black/brown hair in my salad once in which I tossed(I have blonde hair).. I apologize for complaining, it’s my favourite place at york to eat.. but I just wish they had more stock in gf options or provide more clarification in what is gf & wish the service was more positive overall. it’s unfortunate because the place has such great healthy food options. I hope it’s better when I go in the future.

This gets a 3 because the chicken Caesar salad was very good and they use renees Caesar dressing so it’s gluten free which means I can eat it. It also shows if it is gluten free on the different froyo options. However, the froyo is not worth it at all to me. First time I went there it was fine, second and third time I went there it tasted rotten, tried it again a month later still tasted rotten, tried three months after that and still tasted rotten. Never having that froyo again, waste of money and just ew. My roommate who has gone at different times than me still seems to like it though. Also a good variety of toppings which did not taste off.
