Quattro La Pizzeria

Terrible pizza, zero leavening with raw sauce. The location is fine, but the rest is to be forgotten... two and a half hours to have 3 pizzas received at 3 different times and after two reminders. The last one was brought at 10:30 pm to our 5 year old daughter (we had recommended to receive it as soon as possible). Different doughs available with cereals, whole wheat and gluten free, but unfortunately the experience is not positive. Never again

We have been to this place (2 adults and a child) and unfortunately it was a disappointment. We arrived at 9pm and, after a normal start with appetizers served immediately, everything quickly went from bad to worse. The gluten-free supplì was completely devoid of mozzarella... We then waited an hour and a half to receive 3 pizzas, which arrived one at a time about 10 minutes apart. The last one was brought to our 5-year-old daughter who should have been the first to eat. The pizzas, both the normal ones and the gluten-free ones, were disappointing in every way: Raw sauce Hard dough, without any leavening Very low quality ingredients Honestly, a frozen gluten-free pizza from the supermarket (like Cameo) would have been better. Too bad, because the expectations were high. We will not return and we absolutely do not recommend it. Nb: at the table next to ours they mistakenly served a gluten-containing pizza to a child with celiac disease. Luckily the father noticed it in time.
