GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Both for quesadillas and cupcakes! The cupcakes are nut free as well. The Quesadillas can be made ONION & GARLIC FREE as well. I have so many food allergies that eating out, let alone eating from food trucks that serve comfort foods is out of the question. My husband found this truck and told them my food allergies and they had items I could eat. I was so excited! It was not only safe but it was also DELICIOUS!!!
