Quince Lakehouse

This was our first time at Quince in Austin. Kevin took great care of us, he was friendly without being pushy and very accomodating towards my gluten-free needs. All the food was delicious. We shared the Rodeo Dinner special (appetizer, Caesar salad, Ribeye Steak w/6 shrimp, truffle mashed potatoes and dessert for 2) which was a great deal at $99. The truffle mashed potato sauce was licked clean. We had their homemade vanilla bean ice cream for dessert and Kevin offered to bring us a raspberry sauce that was amazing! We loved the setting on the water, one of only 2 in Austin, the DJ (music wasn't too loud) and the lighting is just right. Nice ambiance. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been hearing about this new restaurant and it did not disappoint! Came with a friend for a light lunch on the patio and everything about this place screams classic Austin. I highly recommend sitting on the patio, even on hot days, as it’s covered, has sun screens, and best of all fan misters! Plus you get a great ambiance of a good lake Austin view. The food was tasty but a little on the pricier side. And their menu was well labeled for gluten free options! I will definitely be coming back again!
