Quixotic Bakery

I love baked goods and dessert, but unfortunately I'm also gluten free. That makes the selection in Rockford pretty limited. We also have a few food allergies in the family. I go to Quixotic for every birthday and family event. I ordered a raspberry linzer torte for the holidays and everyone in the family loved it. No one had any idea it was gluten free. This isn't a place you go and sit down necessarily. Go in and get a few things to go. You can pre order on the website or call. You won't be sorry.

I’m absolutely blown away every time by the quality, taste, and consistency of their gluten-free and allergen sensitive products. We ordered a gluten-free torte for Christmas and it was so good we are already trying to figure out the next time we can order it. Seriously!
