RECARLO Cucina&Pizza

We eat well. It's the fourth time I've gone there, always on Sunday. It is important to book as it is closed on Sundays and opens by reservation only. Clean, professional, the kitchen is open to view divided by a large window so you can see the food well. It also makes pizzas and set menus for celiacs too. Just ask for a quote.

I deleted the first review...but since you deleted the review on Facebook and blocked me with the page profile I'll republish it here! Terrible Gluten Free Pizza. Don't accept negative reviews, don't accept criticism or advice, but you accepted the money without even apologizing for a pizza that really shouldn't have been served because no one deserves to eat something like that that couldn't even be cut with a knife. Would you have eaten it?? Would you have let your children eat it?? We are PEOPLE and CUSTOMERS and as such we deserve respect. I would have preferred to hear that the pizza that night wasn't good and I could order something else. Instead, not even an apology for a terrible gluten free pizza. Luckily Celiacs know where to go and the places to avoid. The fried food is excellent. Be more humble. If you offer a service you also have to accept criticism....and negative criticism is also constructive. Be less arrogant because without customers you close!!!! You didn't do me a favor by doing that thing. Once upon a time the customer was always right...here it seems that I also have to thank you. Admit that it sucks and that you would not have eaten it.
