This place is a hidden gem in Mobile. I found them on Seed Oil Scout. It’s the only restaurant in Mobile that actually is seed-oil free! I was so excited when I found this option. The grass-fed beef is SO good. I also really enjoyed the cabbage side. I ordered a golden milk latte. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. I really appreciate the care and consideration that is put into the quality. It’s extremely rare to find, especially in this area. Please check this place out. It’s my new go-to when in town! So so good. I love the chill atmosphere as well. I am dairy and gluten-free, and really enjoyed. There’s something for everyone. Support places like this that actually care about quality.

Our favorite place to get coffee, flavor milks, and crumpet! My daughter absolutely loves going here. Redbar makes their own syrups, the lavender and maplebutter scotch flavor are my favorites. They have gluten free and dairy free options for people with dietary restrictions.
