A magnificent discovery on the Bistro side. Very nice room, attentive and friendly service (no problem for gluten-free, but inform when booking). The menu is mouth-watering... When we came, we fell under the spell of Fera du Lac's rillettes, a real treat. Just like the perch fillets with a sublime verbena sauce!
For dessert, a cherry pavlova that’s just wonderful!
All for very competitive prices in relation to the quality served. This makes you want to take a little tour of the gourmet restaurant section. I highly recommend the establishment.
