RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH West Palm

Needless to say with place like this, seemingly having a good reputation, we were significantly disappointed. Visiting from out of town for a weekend, we were excited to make reservations for Sunday morning brunch. The first thing that left a bad taste in her mouth was that you had to pay for the required valet parking despite being a pain customer. Then after telling the waiter that I had a gluten allergy my breakfast came out with bread on the same plate. After eating mediocre quality food, we went to go leave in the valet service that required payment wasn’t working for credit cards thus causing us to wait several minutes before we can leave. The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful, but the service and food was subpar.

Good customer service , small menu, no gluten free option.
