Riccup has been slowly going downhill over this last year. New management/ lady at the counter is not friendly nor helpful unlike the previous gentleman/owner. The KFC has too much breading and the amount of rice to everything else is in the bowl is simply ridiculous. Used to frequent this restaurant because of my gluten, dairy and numerous other issues but, after a rude encounter with the lady behind the counter we will not be back.

Great for Celiac/gluten free, went there specifically one day while visiting for vacation and the food was so good we stopped again because we were nearby, tried different items, all still amazing.
