After having tried NOPI, I knew I wanted to dine at ROVI. I was not disappointed~!!
This restaurant seems like Ottolenghi's love letter to vegetables and fermented foods. Everything on the menu is seasonal, fresh, and absolutely scrumptious. The flavour profiles in each dish are complex, but work beautifully when paired together. It's clear a lot of thought went into crafting the menu.
The service staff were all extremely knowledgable (and kind!) in regards to gluten intolerance. They were happy to suggest dishes or modifications to make the meal safe for me to consume. The interior is also very cool, cozy, and sleek.
Overall, ROVI is a phenomenal restaurant that you should check out if you love vegetables being highlighted!
