I had Rack Shack BBQ cater my wedding. The process was so easy. Kelly, who helped us select our menu did an awesome job. We ended up with so many compliments throughout the night, everyone loved it. I had some vegetarian and gluten free guests that Rack Shack had no problem accommodating.

ah-maze-ing food. I have no idea why I waited so long to try this place! The menu is simple and meat-centered and there are many delicious types of BBQ sauces to choose from. They accommodate Gluten Free concerns as well. If you want to impress a carnivore, take them here.
