Rafters at Guyra – A Welcome Revival Under New Management Rafters has always been a local fixture, but under new ownership and management, it’s truly found its stride. The improvements are immediately noticeable—from the professional, courteous service to the fresh, high-quality food coming out of the kitchen. I’ve now had the pleasure of dining at Rafters on several occasions: brunch on opening day, a few group dinners, and most recently, a lunch featuring sweet potato chips (generous portion and absolutely delicious). Each visit has been consistent in quality and care. The team is clearly focused on getting the details right, with thoughtful seasonal menus and something for everyone—including those who are gluten free. The special event menus are cleverly curated, and don’t leave without trying the muffins—baked fresh and perfect with a takeaway coffee. Whether you're a local or passing through, Rafters is well worth a stop. It's great to see such a positive change in one of Guyra’s mainstays.

I ordered the gluten free pasta as I am coeliac. I got very sick.
