Railroad Square Bakery

Stopped by Saturday for eclairs. First time to this bakery and it was phenomenal. I was a little scared to try “gluten free” coconut macaroons because I’ve never enjoyed anything gluten free, however it was so good I’m going back for more. Definitely the best eclair and coconut macaroon I’ve ever had!

The owner is an awesome person and super knowledgeable in his craft! I have been craving some cinnamon rolls and I could’ve made them myself but his bakery drew me in and I was not disappointed… when I say they were delicious I mean they were absolutely perfect I got them fresh from the oven and iced up right there I was also fortunate enough to try a coconut macaroon which was gluten free and absolutely perfect I would give this place 10 stars but five is all they allow prices were very affordable and on point for the quality of the food you could definitely taste his passion in every bite and I will for sure be back!
