I mostly go because they have a water filling station that's both cheap and of high quality, but the place is good for picking up the more hard to find things like bee pollen or nutritional yeast. It's also the only place I've ever been able to find spelt grain flour, which is great. The peanut butter station is another very good reason to check it out. For a "health food" store the prices are also very good. If you've got any kind of dietary issue (celiac, diabetes, vegan, etc.) Then this is a very good place to go.

Awesome place for gluten free foods. I used to spend $50+ a week here until they remodelled. Now GF foods are scattered throughout the store and I can't find much to buy. Spend $20 a month now...
