Been looking for a new ramen spot for over a year since my fav one closed down during the pandemic. I’ve tried so many since then and they have not been great especially for vegetarian ramen. This place is 10/10 for me for fast service, great price point, large portions, several options outside of ramen, and flavor. The portions are large so my husband and I shared the vegetable gyoza and the spicy vegan ramen which we added egg to. The tofu on its own was soft and sooo tasty it was not just a sad block of tofu diced and thrown in. The ramen had lots of ingredient’s. The gyoza was so light and refreshing. They have several flavors of soju which we tried. Our friend got the chicken ramen and pork bun appetizer and said his food was also 10/10. I’ll def be back and am willing to come here from Vancouver for the yummy food. Also I noticed on the menu they have gluten free noodle options for people with celiacs or sensitivity.
