Worst service manager ever !!!!! Where is Elaine? We miss you. The shelves stay empty, the gluten free bread is molded and the quality of their produce has gone down. The new head store manager who replaced Elaine has a a lot to learn about customer service, and what it takes to keep a quality store such as Ralph's to operate smoothly, efficiently and quality.

I live in Canyon Crest and don't have a car. This place is a life-saver. Tons of gluten-free options (gf frozen and non frozen bread available) for the celiacs out there.
