Having food allergies is very difficult for me to find a safe place to eat but the staff at Rams kept me safe and I truly enjoyed my brunch. Sheena served us, and when I let her know I was gluten free/celiac she got the Manager, Ana. Together they work to find me breakfast options that would work. Big kudos to the staff in the front and the back as I did not have any issues following my meal.

Ordered a Philly with fries and a cinnamon roll. Presentation was perfect seasoning was less than subpar. Salt and pepper go a long way and chefs should taste everything. Cinnamon roll came out with food which was a disappointment as I was forced to decide do I want to eat my food cold or a cinnamon roll cold. After eating I decided to try the cinnamon roll it was made following the same steps to make bread which means you was eating a loaf of bread with sprinkles of cinniamon and what appeared as a homemade glaze. The cinniamon roll had no gluten worked into it nor was it gooey cause it was lacking the brown sugar. From one cook to another step it up and send food you’re proud of.
