Great setting with a mix of listening room and ramen bar vibes, top-notch music, and very knowledgeable and friendly servers. I've heard good things about the regular ramens, however, I can only speak to the gluten free ramen, which was quite underwhelming. It's chicken with rice noodles (vermicelli?)--and all good on those elements--but the broth was basic, practically no flavor to it, and certainly no heat. And by no heat, I mean no spice nor actual temperature. The ramen came out luke warm, which was a real bummer. But, they take allergens, especially gluten, seriously. As a Lettuce Entertain You spot, they deliver what you expect--high quality service, atmosphere, ingredients and attention to detail--excdpt for the ramen, which is kinda the point of going here.
