Small and authentic ramen shop in around the heart of downtown Canmore. I would say their specialty is tonkatsu ramen as their special ramens feature it heavily. I had their namesake Arashi ramen and was fantastic. They also have rice noodles for a gluten free dining experience.

Friendly service :)
They offer gluten free and veggie options (only veg options can be made gluten free) and I had their “Veg Black Tan Tan” ramen. It is made with a sesame soy milk broth which was unique and a flavour that I had not had before! Nevertheless it was different and tasty and worth trying. The shop also sells little candies, snacks, and drinks!
