Ramen Hakata

Nobody greeted us after we got seated for over 15 minutes. Talked on the phone with someone to confirm they could work with my allergy then arrived and they couldn't. We drove out 45 min to get here too after making sure to confirm. Super disappointed by service and lack of knowledge. They served my child burnt gyoza then only boiled after I asked for a remake since my husband said it tasted very burnt They boil even gluten free noodles with the regular ones. Not safe for celiac or wheat allergy.

This is my go to Ramen Place. I particularly love the Addison location because service is always stellar but I have been to all locations. I normally get the spicy miso Ramen with chicken and an extra egg and chasu buns. I love that they have add-ons available and also gluten-free noodles and different size options. This will forever be the place that I recommend for people who want Ramen.
