This is a fun local ramen spot. They have a solid gluten free option, which I need, and some of their staff does a great job of guiding you through gluten free things on their menu (the menu has also evolved over time to make this easier). I have to say that the food has gotten better over the years; maybe their veggie broth changed... whatever it is, it seems to be working. The homemade reaper miso is also definitely worth trying! I generally get it on the side so I can manage how much goes in the broth -- otherwise it's VERY hot.

Not the place to go if you are gluten sensitive or have celiacs. All meats are soaked in a gluten containing marinade, as well as the soft boiled eggs. Yes, the yam noodles are good, but just noodles and plain tofu doesn't hit the spot. ALSO, I asked for no corn due to having a sensitivity to it and when I received my food, there were 5 or 6 pieces in the bowl as if they had forgotten and then tried to pick the corn out👎
