We went with the purpose of finding a very good gluten-free ramen. I ordered the GF ramen and my boyfriend ordered the udon tonkatsu ramen. Both were good but neither blew our minds.
The gluten-free ramen had too much pasta (there was an excessive amount of noodles and not enough broth), and they couldn't clearly specify what the pasta was made from. I believe it's extremely important to educate the servers on this. Nevertheless, it's a pleasure to go to a place that offers a healthy option for celiacs, allowing us to have the same dining experience as someone without the condition.
I would suggest adding gluten-free beer (suitable for celiacs) to the menu, which would attract many more diners with allergies.
We tried the edamame with garlic, and it was one of the best we've had, not so much because of the sauce but particularly because of the cooking point of the edamame, al dente and crunchy yet cooked. š«š¤
