i’ve never had burmese food before but this was an incredible introduction. the service was great - we got seated right away, they made sure the food was made without my food allergies (gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and sesame free), they checked in on us to make sure we were okay, and made great drinks! if you haven’t had burmese before you should definitely come here!!
cocktails:
- pagoda passion (super smooth, light, and not super sweet)
- burmese sour (really interesting and delightful)
- smoke on the beach (if you love mezcal you HAVE to try this! not super sweet - perfect balance)
food:
- pork belly brussel sprouts (hearty and great portion size)
- shrimp and eggplant curry (tomato based and delicious!)
- jasmine rice (surprising, interesting, and yummy!)
- i think my friends got the myeik pan fried noodle and they said it was really good!
we finished everything we got. will absolutely be coming back!
