When you advertise raw, vegan, gluten free etc...you are going to attract people, like myself, with food allergies & sensitivities. Unfortunately I have multiple allergens to avoid. Your staff should be educated about what is offered & what they are serving at events. There is a dairy free/GF/Vegan case & was told "most" items should be DF/GF. There is a sign telling you not to touch it if you aren't buying it. So it's difficult to read the labels and the staff can't answer the questions. Disheartening.
