Bravo for the initiative to go organic and vegetarian/-link but I think there are things to review. Top juices and smoothies, top cheese platter as a starter to share. Dishes served with a bowl of sauce in the middle, I don't really like it because if you remove it you notice that it's a little lacking. The brown pea rice but lacked seasoning in my opinion, bean burger good but a little dry. Guacamole or tahini on the bread and a little more vegetables would be the solution. Felaffel 100% with chickpea flour. I understand the idea of gluten-free but it's too dry. Panisses or a more traditional falafel recipe would be better. The kids loved the vegan bolognese. Do it again!
