100% gluten-free, verified by someone with Celiac. We will try this place again. We always give a place two tries and will modify our review if we see something different the second time. When you first come in, you are greeted by an open, café-style area with lots of light. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, tater tots, 2 V8 Energy drinks, a brownie, and a s’more, all gluten-free. The total was $84.32 before tip. The s’more was very sugary, but good. A little goes a long way, and you can definitely taste the honey. The brownie was a letdown. It was very hard. My wife was going to throw it away, but I may see if I can soften it up with some ice cream. We received our burgers in about 13 minutes, but no tater tots. Not a big deal at first. The hamburger buns were amazing—soft and not dry or crumbly like many gluten-free buns. The burger itself, though, was nothing special. It reminded me of a thin grocery store burger, maybe around a 75/25 blend. Nothing to write home about. After finishing our burgers, we waited another 17 minutes for the tater tots. We were told the oven was not working properly. We also did not realize we were supposed to grab our drinks from the selection ourselves. Luckily, my wife liked one of the V8 Energy drinks, otherwise we would have paid for something we would not have wanted. Once the tater tots came out, they apologized because of the oven issue. I tried them and found the outside slightly crisp, but the middle was dense—not like the usual tater tots we have had elsewhere. They were also not seasoned at all, so you will definitely want ketchup. We also had to pick the least dirty table, as all of them were dirty, including the floor. They mentioned being busy, but there really were not that many people there. Also, they did not seem to know what to do when someone paid cash and was owed 4 cents back—just give them a nickel. Overall, I did not get glutened, which is the most important part. However, we have traveled quite a bit and had much better gluten-free food elsewhere. This place is also priced a little higher than similar spots. Still, we will surprise them with one final visit before giving our final review. I hope this helps. Gluten-free? Yes.

After we ordered and paid for crepes, they told us they were out of the mix. Then they were also out of waffle mix. I ordered French toast instead. Someone else in our group also got French toast and theirs had blueberries and cream cheese. Mine was four small slices of the toast. The protein that came with my original order was also forgotten and only brought out after we asked. Other people in my group tried my food and agreed it wasn’t good. We didn’t eat it after trying it, which I hate doing because I don’t like wasting food. For $15, this was really disappointing. I appreciate having gluten-free options, but this wasn’t worth the price.

I am so excited that this place is finally opened. It is truly a dream come true. I will soon be your best customers. My 10 year old son has Celiac disease. I special order bread from bakeries around the USA, but now I don’t need to special order! I can just stop by Rebel Rise.
