Amazing little cafe! Wheelchair friendly, also have some gluten free options available. The staff were very friendly, especially the lady at the register. Apparently everything is made in-store or locally except the ketchup, and having eaten here I believe it.
I had their ham havana sandwich, monkey bread, and a mocha, and my friend had the monkey bread and a burrito.
The sandwich was amazing! The bread was so good, and the rest of the ingredients were very good quality (especially the cheese!). I usually don't like tomatoes on sandwiches because they make things soggy and a bit slimy, but that was definitely not the case here; here it just made things more delicious.
The monkey bread was an amazing cinnamon/sugar/fluffy pastry thing that made me regret not living here, because I wish I could have it regularly. It was sticky, gooey, and in some places crunchy, and oh so good. My friend said it reminded her of a Christmas dessert her mom used to make that she hasn't been able to have since she was a kid.
The mocha was very good, and the art on top was very pretty until I ruined it by drinking lol.
My friend had only good things to say about the burrito, she was especially impressed by the quality of everything, especially the avocado (perfect freshness), eggs (very cheesy), and potatoes (crispy and spices wonderfully).
Would definitely recommend eating here! And they're open daily and early, which is so nice for travellers (us) and likely also for residents before work.
