The staff is very friendly and great place to chill out. Delicious gluten free cinnamon and chocolate bread. Free Wi-Fi and nice area to sit outside and enjoy the quiet sounds of the Blue River.

I always make it a mission to stop in to Red Buffalo when I'm in town. I live in Missouri and dream about this coffee shop regularly. The coffee is incredible (the nutty professor is a cozy fav of mine) and the shop offers plenty of wonderful food options, many being gluten free. With all of the perks listed above, the biggest is the outdoor space in the back of the shop. Nestled on the Blue River, there is no better place to start the day. I can't wait to come back!

While I judge coffee shops by their mochas, I was disappointed to see Giradelli chocolate lining the top shelf. Your best option is to order a small coffee and ask for half the chocolate if you want to taste the espresso as well. Overall, for the average Joe (pun intended), it's easy to access off the main drag in Silverthorne. If you're also looking for #GlutenFree options, they have a few depending on what they have in stock. You can almost always get the bagel and cream cheese, but it will be toasted in a toaster used for gluten, so celiacs should avoid the food. Red Buffalo Coffee has a unique and clever aesthetic with their use of butcher paper for the menus and various trinkets for sale.
