We ate there last night for a special birthday dinner, and I was blown away by the quality of the food! We both chose to do the four course meal option. I was pleasantly surprised to see that most of the choices were gluten-free. If you're gluten-free, you know that that's not normally the case. For the main course, I chose to upgrade to the Chilean Seabass. I'm a pretty picky eater, but must say, it was among the best Seabass I have ever eaten. Absolutely zero fishy taste. Perfectly done. It had a creamy Florentine sauce and roasted small potatoes My dinner partner had the sirloin strip and he said it was tender. For my other items I chose butternut squash, a steak skewer with balsamic (which was incredibly tasty and very tender), and chocolate mousse pot. I also ordered a grapefruit/vodka martini. Very well done and not too sweet. We chose to sit outside. If you plan to eat inside, bring a sweater because they keep it cold in there! The ambience inside is nice, though, so next time I'd like to try eating inside. I highly recommend Red Flame Steak and grill.

Been in MoCo 3 years and just now discovered this gem. Our first time visiting Red Flame was wonderful. The food is delicious. Made from scratch sauces are made fresh daily. Delicious gravies. Tender meats. And LOTS of gluten free options. The manager and our server, Austin, went above and beyond to explain the Celiac-friendly options on the menu to me. I had a hard time deciding what to order because of the many options. I also have food allergies and they made certain I knew all ingredients involved in sauces and gravies to make certain I didn’t have a reaction. And the nice thing is that it wasn’t too salty. So many restaurants pre-salt heavily and it overpowers the food’s flavor. Not at Red Flame. My husband and I each ate half of our meals, then switched plates to enjoy a different meal. We were too full to finish. The tarragon chicken and pork chop fed us twice because we took home leftovers. Definitely worth every penny we spent. The craft cocktails were delicious, and potent. Glad my husband only had one and drove us home. We have paid much more for much worse in this same area. Sad we didn’t find Red Flame sooner. Now we must make up for lost time. We are going back this afternoon for happy hour, and looking forward to the Korean BBQ wings.
