Red Rocks Cafe: Birkdale Village

It was a little loud in the dining room, but the service was spot on. Elaina took care of us and offered gluten free options which I really appreciated. Being gluten free it’s hard to go to some places, but red rocks really accommodated. Great food.

Delicious food, excellent service. They did great with a party of 15. Food came quickly. I have a lot of food restrictions and they were willing to adjust the sides of my order to what I wanted. Gluten free options.

Waste of time and money. So my sons and wife have a gluten allergy so we decided to go to this place because they have a nice selection of GF items on the menu. Unfortunately apparently it was a typo because when I asked the server and the server ran to ask the kitchen more than half the items that were advertised as GF are actually not. So we had to wait almost 30 mins to find all this out while we just had drinks. By drinks I mean 2 cokes, 1 lemonade and 2 sweet teas. After we were told that nothing that we wanted which was originally advertised as gf we couldn’t have we decided to go somewhere else but sure enough they charged us for 20 bucks for the drinks even though it was their fault that they made the mistake. Probably never coming back. This is your typical worry about making money instead of taking care of the customer. Really 20 bucks for those drinks. What a joke. Yes I did leave a tip. It’s not about the money. It’s the principle.
