Food was awesome. Very accommodating to a gluten allergy. My kids couldn't stop eating it!

It was good. Restaurant was busy. Asked for ‘wet’ brisket - a little more fatty, more tasty. Bark was good, a little chewy, I like it crisper with more zing - but very good. The beans and the collards were top notch.
Range of sauces was good. The spicy sauce is actually very spicy. Menu is like a Texas place - order by pound, then sides are ala carte. That’s a little confusing for NJ.
They knew which items were gluten free - not the ribs, which has a soy sauce in the glaze. They were out of sausage when we visited.
