TERRIBLE CARE AND NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER I booked through an app several days in advance asking for gluten-free bread if possible. We drove to the restaurant. We park and reopen the application to locate the exact address. At that moment we realize that they have canceled our reservation and they haven't even called us. We arrived at the restaurant and asked for an explanation of the cancellation. They tell us that they do not carry gluten-free bread and we are told that they could have called before canceling and reported the matter in case we wanted to go despite not having gluten-free bread. A total lack of respect. You make reservations and they cancel without asking. You move around investing time and money for nothing. I told them that I would give a bad review and they threatened that they would take legal action. That's called coercion. Then they offered to serve us. Obviously you don't stay in a place where you are threatened. If that is respect for clients, I don't want to imagine how they feed them and what raw materials they work with.
