Most friendly staff and great gluten free options! Always a pleasure

I am helping friends move to this area. I found Red Bowl through an online search and since they have a large gluten free menu we decided to visit this place. I am the only one in the party who has to dine gluten free but we were all very pleased with our selections. I started with a fresh shrimp spring roll which comes with a yummy gluten free sauce if you order it gluten free. My main course was flower chicken which consisted of tender chicken and vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, carrot, mushroom and zucchini) served in a white sauce and rice. The portion was huge which is allowing me to have a second helping the next day. My friend's selections were equally as tasty and the same huge portions. The manager (owner?) was very knowledgeable about gluten which helped to put me at ease dining there. I unfortunately do not live in the area. If I did it would be at the top of my list for me. To the staff and management: thank you for learning about gluten issues. It made this meal a wonderful experience. If I am ever in the area in the future I will dine there again. Keep up the great work!
