TLDR; quiet neighborhood, nice views, outdoor seating, highly celiac friendly This restaurant is ironically set back off of route 9 in a plaza that seems to be otherwise vacant. Fortunately, the vacancy means there’s quite a bit of vegetation overgrowth. The views from the patio here are surprisingly lush and because of the plaza vacancy it is fairly quiet. My celiac friend had a wonderful time as their menu caters heavily to gluten-free options that are actually edible! We got a burger and fries accompanied by chicken tenders and fries. Both were delicious and her meal didn’t taste gluten free but based on her lack of illness afterwards, it was definitely gluten free. We’re very happy this place exists and highly recommend checking it out! Also, Dave our waiter was awesome and helped us very quickly move indoors when it began to rain. We are very appreciative of Dave.

Our go to for gluten free dinner nights out. The chicken buffalo dip is something i crave weekly now but they only offer it as rolls now which is still good but i miss the dip itself so dont go as often anymore

The food at Red Heat Tavern is delicious and the staff are friendly. All the food on the menu can be made gluten free including desserts. The cheesecake is delectable!
