Red Lobster

This is one of the best Red Lobster restaurants I've been to. They have a book to guide you through the gluten free selections, and they have always been good about double checking. Fantastic food and service.

!!NO GLUTEN ALLERGY ACCOMMODATIONS!! I called ahead to inquire if they have any gluten free options available (because two family members have Ciliac Disease) and the manager assured me that they do. When I got there, that did not seem to be the case. Our waitress, Angelina, did not know what we meant by 'gluten free' nor did she know the difference between grilled or fried. The ordering process was long and stressful due lack of knowledge on their part. When we received our plates, both of the GF family members plates were contaminated with wheat! We sent back my little cousin's dish twice. The first time, when it came contaminated and the second, when all they did was re-use the wheat contaminated food and scrape off the part she was allergic to. That's NOT how Ciliac works! My mom gave up, she was never able to eat. It was ridiculous how many lies we kept catching Angelina and that manager in. If they didn't have GF options, they should of just said so when I called and we wouldn't of had to go through this!
