Very accommodating. My daughter is Gluten free, celiac. Highly sensitive to cross contamination.
Explained that to the waiter. He made sure we ordered items without soy sauce, not fried in common fryer. They especially made us egg foo young with white gravy. We enjoyed the food & will keep trying different items each time we go.
