Showed up to Red Robin 9/5/24 during lunch to a near-tantruming waitress in the bar area. The host kept seating people in her area, and instead of asking him to reseat or help, she spent the entire time complaining very loudly about everything. "I just want to run away" "I've already had a thousand dollars in sales, and I just got here", screaming into the kitchen, all while throwing the other waitress under the bus, and barking at her every time communication was attempted. Everyone seated in the bar area looked like scared school children, eating quietly and nervously. After 20 minutes of waiting at the bar to place a takeout order, we finally just place an online order. It took an additional 30 minutes for the same waitress to acknowledge that we had been waiting for awhile. She then hastily punched in our online order and messed it up (I have a gluten intolerance, put multiple gluten-free indicators, still got a wheat bun - wonder if anyone in that restertaunt ever had a loved-one ingest allergens because absolutely nobody at the resteraunt cared to clarify?? I wish I could have vomited in your parking lot but instead i ended up on the side of the road). Apprently, this was all the fault of every employee that refused to show up that day - LADY! Bartender, whatever you are, who refuses to wear her nametag, YOU are the reason they dont show up to work.
And to the black shirt slow-moving manager, get another workhorse. She is ruining your staff.
Never again.
